Your soul is like your DNA, it’s who you are at your core, your true and unique nature. It is the source of all your energy, embodying mind, body and emotions. Your soul already knows your purpose, dreams and your life path. It knows what will serve you and what will not. You cannot see it but you can feel its presence, it's that inner knowing that comes from deep within. Soul Nourishing sessions will benefit you if you a complete beginner struggling to meditate, as well as more experienced meditators. The Soul Coach will coach you on your breathing, show you new meditation techniques and explore how you can incorporate meditation into your everyday life. In addition a series of 21 guided meditations, uniquely created by The Soul Coach that are yours to keep will help you on your meditation journey.
